The material on this site have been written to help drug users reduce the risks related to their drug use, and to help those working (or living) with them to give better advice. Exchange has been working with drug users and drug services to publish harm reduction information for over 10 years. They are committed to providing high quality information that can help drug users reduce the risks associated with drug use, particularly injected drug use. They are now working towards making all of their publications available online free of charge.
