Property and Tenancy  

We manage three housing programs, a total of 40 properties. Applications for YFS Housing can be made through
Housing Intake. Applications are kept on file for 3 months. Housing is allocated according to need and a waiting list
is not maintained.

• Supported Housing – short-term housing for people in housing crisis and in need of intensive support. Housing staff provides the support.

• Transitional Housing – longer-term housing for young people waiting for public housing

• Long-Term – long term community housing.
