What does TAAS do?

Logan TAAS provides advice and advocacy in relation to the Residential Tenancy Act (RTA)
and Residential Services Act (RSA) for tenants seeking:

 
  • Tenancy information
  • Help with tenancy disputes
  • Help with Small Claims preparations
  • Assistance with applications for Small Claims Tribunal re-hearings
  • Data-base listings
  • Community Education sessions for tenant groups, groups including tenants and people working with tenants. 

Who can access this service?

People in the Logan River Valley area - this covers the geographical area of Logan City,
surrounding suburbs, North Gold Coast Shire and the Beaudesert Shire.
 

How do I access this service?

Telephone advice between 9.00am-1.00pm, Monday to Friday. 
Appointments are also available - phone YFS on 3826 1598 or or email us.
