Kelly Rose Sibanda and Suzanna Majok were announced as the winners of the Young Community Leader Award presented by YFS during the African Australians Awards Queensland 2015 held on Friday 13 November 2015 at the Queensland Parliament House.
#R4Respect Youth Ambassador, Abak Deng was the winner of the African Australian Community Ambassador Award presented by MP Cameron Dick.
The Awards ceremony acknowledged the outstanding achievements and contribution of African Australians to Queensland and the services of people and organisations that support full participation of African Australians in our great State.
African Australian Awards ceremony was hosted by the Honourable Shannon Fentiman, Minister for Communities, Women and Youth, Minister for Child Safety and Minister for Multicultural Affairs.
