Tips to manage your account
We can work out payment options for you, including access to Centrelink’s Centrepay facility.
We can put you on AGL’s Bill Smoothing service, which can reduce “bill shock” by spreading your estimated yearly energy costs over small, regular instalments. We can also request from AGL more time for you to pay a bill.

We can offer you advice on energy efficiency to help you save money on future energy bills.
For example, when buying a new appliance, look for its energy rating. Whether it’s a new washer, dryer, fridge or freezer, the more stars, the less energy you’ll use.
