YFS has one central door for all new users of our services. When you ring or call into YFS, the person you speak with will be from the Information, Referral and Assessment Services (IRAS). IRAS staff will help you work out which of our services fit best with your circumstances. We will link you with staff at YFS services or in other organisations that may be able to help you.
All YFS services are free. There are limitations when a service has no capacity to take on new clients.
