The Law for Young People Topic - Drinking in Public
In most cases no-one can drink in a public place unless the place has a special permit. Public places mean shopping centers, parks, malls or on the street. If you get caught drinking in public you could be charged no matter what your age is. Obscene language, violent behavior and acting indecently are also offences that often accompany drinking offences.
