Homelessness and housing<\/h1>\n

We help you find a safe, stable home if you\u2019re at risk of, or experiencing, homelessness.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n \n <\/div>\n\n \n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n

We help people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness find a safe and secure place to live. We work with you to build the skills, confidence and support network to maintain a tenancy over time.<\/p>\n

If you are at risk of losing your home, we can help you navigate options, strengthen connections, and find solutions that meet your needs, whether that means staying where you are or moving somewhere new.<\/p>\n

Through the Logan Zero initiative, we gather insights to help improve local systems, making it easier for you to access the right housing at the right time.<\/p>\n<\/div> <\/div>\n

While we are not an emergency accommodation provider, if you need housing urgently, we will connect you to other services that can help.<\/p>\n
