YFS is the key place-based youth services provider in the greater Logan region. We work with young people aged 12-25 who are seeking support to re-engage with education, family, culture, and community.
Through coaching and practical support, we help you grow the skills, connections and confidence to pursue your goals. We can also help with transport, making appointments, getting support for your mental health, budgeting, and finding a safe place to live.
If you are in care, have had a care experience or are transitioning out of care – including foster care, kinship care or residential care – we walk alongside you as you enter adulthood and build independence.
Our services support young people up to the age of 25 including young parents and young people transitioning out of care. Our mentors give you practical, social and emotional support so you can achieve your goals.
