We help people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness find a safe and secure place to live. We work with you to build the skills, confidence and support network to maintain a tenancy over time.
If you are at risk of losing your home, we can help you navigate options, strengthen connections, and find solutions that meet your needs, whether that means staying where you are or moving somewhere new.
Through the Logan Zero initiative, we gather insights to help improve local systems, making it easier for you to access the right housing at the right time.
While we are not an emergency accommodation provider, if you need housing urgently, we will connect you to other services that can help.
We know that housing challenges often sit alongside other pressures in life. Where possible, we will connect you with other YFS programs, so you can move forward feeling supported and hopeful about what comes next.
Our homelessness and housing support is for people aged 16 and over who live in the Logan local government area and are experiencing homelessness, housing instability, or concerns about being able to stay safely housed. This includes people who are sleeping rough, facing housing stress, or seeking support to find or keep a stable place to live.
Having a safe, stable home is something we all need in order to thrive. While our services work differently – some offer appointments over the phone to help families who are couch surfing while others walk alongside people sleeping rough – they all work towards this goal.
