Domestic and family violence affects all people in all communities.
YFS is the regional domestic and family violence service provider across the Scenic Rim, Beaudesert, Jimboomba and surrounding areas, helping improve the safety and well-being of women and children experiencing domestic and family violence, abuse, and coercive control.
For over 35 years, we’ve been designing and delivering specialist domestic and family violence (DFV) services for victim-survivors and people using violence.
Our services specialise in domestic and family violence at every stage: prevention, crisis intervention, behaviour change and recovery.
We meet victim-survivors where they’re at: in police stations, correctional centres, magistrate courts and the community.
We know that leaving a violent, coercive or controlling relationship can require multiple supports. Because we’re situated within YFS, we can refer you to other areas for support with housing, finance, employment or anything else you might need.

Our domestic and family violence services support victim-survivors of domestic and family violence of all ages. Some services are place-based while others support you where you are. Check individual services for details.
We also work with perpetrators in Logan and Queensland Correctional Centres statewide.
