We accept referrals from community organisations, government services, health services, family members and friends, as well as self-referrals. Because each service is designed to meet different needs, referral pathways and eligibility requirements vary.

Many of our services are voluntary, which means that a client who is referred to a service must provide their consent before they begin working with us.

Some services have a referral form, while others take referrals over the phone, via email or through the message form on our website.
